Solutions

Mentorship Qualification Program

The sustainable program will focus on multiplying mentors in the organization and include prework, role playing, scenarios, discussions, practice, and evaluation to obtain the certification. The audience will include all levels within the organization. The vision is to teach mentors to also mentor outside the organization. 

  • Step 1: Develop Return on Expectations: A strong understanding of your current business issues and environment is an important first step. Both philosophical and learning discovery are important to explore. 
  •  Step 2: Customization: In the customization phase, we will work with you to ensure the activities and designs of the program are on-point. 
  •  Step 3: Kickoff (90 Minutes) for Candidate Mentors: To launch each cohort, we will conduct an energizing virtual session to inform, excite, empower and involve the candidate mentors.  
  •  Step 4: Pre-Work for Candidate Mentors: A successful program ensures that participants are cognitively prepared to learn. To ensure that all candidate mentors are engaged and prepared, we will require prework that will take approximately 90 minutes. 
  •  Step 5: Mentor Candidate Immersion: The experiential workshop design ensures that learning occurs through a variety of exercises and simulations. The program will take place in two successive weeks with two days each week as a group and additional work in between sessions.  
  •  Step 6: Mentee Immersion (4 hours): To ensure that the mentees are prepared for the program, they will participate in an onboarding session that will provide guidance about how to make the program as effective as possible for them. 
  •  Step 7: Sustaining the Learning for Mentors: The hallmark of our approach is the continued learning and development of the mentors through peer coaching and feedback. We will facilitate the first 2 peer coaching sessions for each group.
  •  Step 8: Assessing results: In order to make adjustments to improve the efficacy of the program, we will implement a monitoring and evaluation framework that will gather feedback.  
  •  Step 9: Reflection and Rework and Strengthen the Program: We believe in continuous improvement and a closed loop between the expectations of the stakeholders in design and the actual results.

360 Feedback with Coach Support

This 2-month process is for any leader who would benefit from a feedback process that will provide a powerful snapshot of their current effectiveness and developmental opportunities. It is managed and delivered by a neutral third party professional Coach. This experience includes an online 360 assessment with self-assessment and feedback from others, feedback review with a coach, scheduled support conversations (via phone or video), and action/goal planning. 

Career Conversations

When managers are involved in career development, their team members are more satisfied and productive, knowing they have an advocate in their career journey. Furthermore, the organization continues to thrive as the right people are placed in the right positions at the right time. This program readies managers to engage in more regular and informal career conversations intended to benefit both the individual and the organization.

Coach-at-a-Touch

An immediately impactful and affordable solution that provides “just in time as needed coaching assistance” to leaders or high potential employees at any level. A roster of experienced coaches is available to provide counsel/coaching as part of a virtual package that guarantees access to a coach of their choice (video/voice/chat) with a simple click through the Coaching-at-a-Touch app.

Everyday Coaching Conversations

Most good leaders know the benefits that come with coaching their employees. What sets great leaders apart from good leaders is the ability to identify or create coaching moments daily—to seize the impromptu interactions that give way to everyday coaching conversations. Everyday Coaching Conversations supports a flexible, agile approach to coaching in the moment. This experience gives leaders the opportunity to elevate their coaching skills so they can take advantage of the quick, spontaneous interactions they have with their employees.  

High-Performance Team Coaching

High-performing teams are built on stretch goals, commitment to excellence, trust, and clear norms for communication. High-Performing Team Coaching is our unique approach to developing teams, which consistently delivers breakthrough results. Based on our extensive experience with many of the world’s top senior management teams, High-Performing Team Coaching takes a strategic approach to the optimization of talent, team functioning, and development. 

Laser Coaching

This 3-month process has been designed to support the growth and development of any leader or individual contributor on your team. This process provides an unparalleled snapshot of where leaders can best focus their efforts and improve overall effectiveness. This coaching engagement includes three months of weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, a proprietary 360 assessment, coaching feedback review and delivery, and post-feedback action planning. 

Mentoring

There are many benefits of mentoring and it has a huge impact on a leader’s professional and personal lives. A mentor helps the individual navigate complex challenges in their business and private life. We have a panel of experienced mentors, made up of partners and former CEOs or leaders of large institutions. Our mentors provide executive support to CEOs and senior executives – they have extensive experience supporting C-suite leaders in multiple industries, and business situations. 

Leaders-as-a-Coach Culture

Organizations that develop their managers to be coaches experience higher levels of employee productivity and engagement and have higher performance. We develop leaders who shape the understanding, development, and learning of team members so they can act independently in alignment with the global strategy of the organization. Areas in our Leader-as-Coach Culture program include the foundations of coaching, how to manage differences, how to give effective feedback, how to have crucial conversations, and more. 

Real-Time Coaching

The coaching series is conducted over 4 weeks, with a 2-hour live online session each week to practice and build your skills. At the end of the series, you will be able to leverage the simple process and be ready to coach for all situations. As you coach your team, you will build greater trust within your team, identify people's motivators and how to use them effectively to achieve their goals, guide employees to find the right solutions and take ownership, and provide the stability employees need right now.
