Solutions

Mentorship Qualification Program

The sustainable program will focus on multiplying mentors in the organization and include prework, role playing, scenarios, discussions, practice, and evaluation to obtain the certification. The audience will include all levels within the organization. The vision is to teach mentors to also mentor outside the organization. 

  • Step 1: Develop Return on Expectations: A strong understanding of your current business issues and environment is an important first step. Both philosophical and learning discovery are important to explore. 
  • Step 2: Customization: In the customization phase, we will work with you to ensure the activities and designs of the program are on-point. 
  • Step 3: Kickoff (90 Minutes) for Candidate Mentors: To launch each cohort, we will conduct an energizing virtual session to inform, excite, empower and involve the candidate mentors.  
  • Step 4: Pre-Work for Candidate Mentors: A successful program ensures that participants are cognitively prepared to learn. To ensure that all candidate mentors are engaged and prepared, we will require prework that will take approximately 90 minutes. 
  • Step 5: Mentor Candidate Immersion: The experiential workshop design ensures that learning occurs through a variety of exercises and simulations. The program will take place in two successive weeks with two days each week as a group and additional work in between sessions.  
  • Step 6: Mentee Immersion (4 hours): To ensure that the mentees are prepared for the program, they will participate in an onboarding session that will provide guidance about how to make the program as effective as possible for them. 
  • Step 7: Sustaining the Learning for Mentors: The hallmark of our approach is the continued learning and development of the mentors through peer coaching and feedback. We will facilitate the first 2 peer coaching sessions for each group.
  • Step 8: Assessing results: In order to make adjustments to improve the efficacy of the program, we will implement a monitoring and evaluation framework that will gather feedback.  
  • Step 9: Reflection and Rework and Strengthen the Program: We believe in continuous improvement and a closed loop between the expectations of the stakeholders in design and the actual results.

High-Performance Teamwork

No matter how great a leader is, success is impossible to attain without an effective team. High-performing teams take effort to build, maintain, and grow.  Because of this, we go beyond developing the individual leader and help them cultivate an effective team by creating a clear purpose for the team, articulating the leader’s role in the team, establishing team norms around decision-making and collaboration, and clarifying team priorities and deliverables. 

Emotional Intelligence

Research has proven that emotional intelligence (EQ) is more reliable in predicting success than intelligence quotient (IQ). In this course, we explore the topic of EQ and how you can develop it to increase success in your career and relationships. 

Leading High-Performing Teams

Leading High Performing Teams (LHPT) is uniquely designed to provide a powerful framework for aligning people and culture with a strategy in the team context. LHPT is an advanced leadership training program for individual leaders and teams to help develop the mindset needed to inspire and sustain exceptional performance. 

Experienced Leadership Development

A customizable leadership development intervention is conducted in stages over a period of 9-12 months to prepare high-potentials for senior management positions. This program is built around the following three core modules: Leading Yourself, Leading High-Performing Teams, and Strategic Focusing®. 

Personal Impact Goals

High-performing leaders not only possess great self-awareness but also strive to continuously improve their personal impact through new knowledge, tools, and best practices. Our Personal Impact learning modules address core intrapersonal skills that are essential for high-performance. These modules include emotional intelligence, integrity & trust, problem-solving, and more. 

Mentoring

Mentoring is one way to transfer expertise and knowledge to new workers. Mentoring has been proven to reduce turnover and increase employee satisfaction. This course provides an opportunity for mentors and their mentees to work together, learn about each other, and determine the most successful working relationship.  

New Leader Integration

This program is designed for a leader and direct reports to quickly come up to speed on the leader’s preferred work style along with their expectations and then getting the same valuable information from those reporting to the leader. This training is three 1.5 hour virtual guided sessions.

  • Session one: direct reports meet with facilitator to share answers to a series of questions and prompts. Comments are pooled and not attributed to any one person, thereby encouraging candor in a safe space. 
  • Session two: facilitator presents collected comments to leader as well as context and interpretation for understanding the comments. Facilitator assists leader in articulating a leadership narrative that aligns with the leader’s vision and values in reaction to the data. 
  • Session three: leader addresses the full team, acknowledges their inputs, and shares his/her narrative. Commitments about working together going forward are secured. 

 

2021 Team Reboot

This program is designed for a leader and direct reports to work together to determine how to maintain a work environment that fosters engagement and productivity by incorporating everything we have learned about ourselves and business in 2020. This training is three 1.5 hour virtual guided sessions.
