High-Impact Teams Workshop & Coaching

The number one challenge facing many leaders today is how to help their teams work more efficiently and collaboratively. To solve this problem, we develop and facilitate team-building sessions that promote collaboration and energize participants. Participants can choose from a variety of “drop-in” learning sessions to help people feel free to explore, discuss, and discover, and the 60- to 90-minute sessions enable incremental, sustainable learning and change. 

Accelerating Team Performance

This session takes leaders and their teams through a practical, proven team alignment process resulting in specific commitments. With guidance and through a facilitated process, participants get the feedback they need to see where they stack up against the team’s criteria. We will work through specific issues that are preventing the team from working most effectively and create specific action plans with the steps needed to move forward.

Strategic Communication & Teamwork

For your organization, departments, and staff to succeed in driving the value your customers really need, everyone must take ownership to ensure that you have the same culture internally between departments as you do externally with your customers. We will transform your approach and capability in how you communicate and best create value one-to-one, in teams, interdepartmentally, and organizationally. This will balance real-time experiments that become tools and processes that can be immediately embedded into your organizational approach. 

Team Development

This approach starts with an exploration of four components that are known to have a significant impact on team performance: size and structure of the team, clarity of purpose, capabilities, and leadership behavior. Our 4-Phase Team Development process (partner, plan, perform, and progress) provides an analysis of team purpose/objectives, structure, roles, dynamics, performance, and the team’s interaction with the organization and market within which the team operates. Thanks to a comprehensive suite of tools, we’re able to track quantifiable results in team composition, dynamics, and performance. 

Team Impact Goals

Teams are fluid, evolving, ever-changing resources within your organization. The ability to navigate change, share information and resources, and achieve superior results is what often differentiates a high-performing team. A team is frequently at the mercy as well as the helm of decisions that impact the direction and success of the entire organization. These modules include new leader assimilation, new team acceleration, team fundamentals, and more. 

Team Insights

Understanding our personality type can lead to powerful insights about ourselves as individuals: What energizes us, how we process information, how we make decisions, and how we orient ourselves to the outer world. When explored in a team setting, this experience deepens as we begin to see how others experience us and why we experience our teammates the way we do. 

New Leader Integration

This program is designed for a leader and direct reports to quickly come up to speed on the leader’s preferred work style along with their expectations and then getting the same valuable information from those reporting to the leader. This training is three 1.5 hour virtual guided sessions.

  • Session one: direct reports meet with facilitator to share answers to a series of questions and prompts. Comments are pooled and not attributed to any one person, thereby encouraging candor in a safe space. 
  • Session two: facilitator presents collected comments to leader as well as context and interpretation for understanding the comments. Facilitator assists leader in articulating a leadership narrative that aligns with the leader’s vision and values in reaction to the data. 
  • Session three: leader addresses the full team, acknowledges their inputs, and shares his/her narrative. Commitments about working together going forward are secured. 


2021 Team Reboot

This program is designed for a leader and direct reports to work together to determine how to maintain a work environment that fosters engagement and productivity by incorporating everything we have learned about ourselves and business in 2020. This training is three 1.5 hour virtual guided sessions.

  • Session one: direct reports meet with facilitator to share answers to a series of questions and prompts. Comments are pooled and not attributed to any one person, thereby encouraging candor in a safe space. 
  • Session two: facilitator presents collected comments to leader as well as context and interpretation for understanding the comments. Facilitator assists leader in articulating a leadership narrative that aligns with the leader’s vision and values in reaction to the data.
