Self-Managing Leadership

Self-managing Leadership® (SML) is a powerful framework for effectively aligning people and culture with purpose and strategy. Our 10-step model helps participants identify their purpose, values, and vision in order to define the focus and character which defines their leadership. A 90-day action plan will be developed for each participant focusing on the few things that have the largest impact, for both personal and professional development.  

Psychological Safety

Research shows that creating a psychologically safe environment is one of the single most impactful things that team leaders—or team members—can do to build a high-performing team. In this interactive course, participants will learn what psychological safety is and why it’s vital for and assess their team’s current level of psychological safety through a short assessment.  

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making

Employees in any organization find themselves solving problems daily. The ability to identify the problem, pinpoint the true cause, and identify a workable solution is essential for personal, professional, and organizational success.

Presentation Skills

Powerful presentation skills increase a person’s ability to educate and inform audiences. Ideas, products, and concepts must be presented succinctly and compellingly. This course, specifically designed for people looking to influence or inspire, teaches a presenter to develop and deliver a clear, concise message that will quickly and effectively gain the attention of the audience.

Communicate With Clarity

Every function and activity that takes place in an organization involves some form of direct or indirect communication. The success of these functions and activities directly depends on the ability of the people in the organization to communicate effectively. This course focuses on the process of creating open communication that increases rapport and productivity. 

Developing Emotional Intelligence – Strategies for Self-Awareness

Self-awareness is the building block of all efforts to increase your emotional intelligence. In this session you will: understand the linkage between thoughts, feelings, and actions; learn how to identify and manage your triggers; and increase your effectiveness as a manager or individual contributor. 

Leading Virtually

Leading remote employees is becoming the norm in our increasingly virtual world. Leading Virtually is a two-hour virtual instructor-led training that equips frontline leaders with tools to engage team members in a virtual environment and form strong relationships by building trust and developing effective communication.

Unconscious Bias

Learners will build critical self-awareness by uncovering potential bias blind spots, introduce a language to discuss inclusion, and provide practical, easy-to-apply tools that contribute to an inclusive culture through a 3-hour virtual course. 

Addressing Microaggressions

Microaggressions and micro-inequities are products of bias, and like bias, we can be unconscious or conscious of each. These terms show how bias can move from just a thought or belief to a behavior that negatively impacts another person or makes them feel othered. In this 3-hour virtual program, learners develop the ability to address microaggressions and micro-inequities and learn how these experiences affect individuals personally and professionally. 

Inclusion & Belonging

Inclusion & Belonging helps participants understand the value of an inclusive environment and cultivate for themselves, their team, and the organization. Learners achieve growth or behavior change through a 3-hour virtual course consisting of highly interactive activities, participant-led conversations that address challenges, and strategies strategy application. 

Leading Change

Change is in every new project, every new customer, and every improvement in products or services. Change can be major, like a merger or acquisition. Or change can be minor, as the introduction of a new system. Regardless of the intensity, change is survival and has a direct impact on productivity, turnover, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This course teaches the skills that leaders need to be effective during times of change. 

The Expert’s Guide to Building Trust

Trust is the foundational element of successful business interactions. In this session you will learn both in-person and virtual communication and interaction strategies to build and maintain trust.
